On Friday night, I had the opportunity to go to the Red Rocks Utah Gymnastics
season opener. It's the night they showcase the gymnasts who will be competing this season.
They have face painting, meet the gymnasts and get autographs. They do a semi-meet type
thing where the girls perform on the events for the fans to see. Preston, who has
been a photographer at their meets for years made it possible for me to join him on the floor.
My dear friend Suzanne was first offered the chance, but
because she is such a great friend and knows a little of what gymnastics is to me,
passed it up to allow me to go down instead. I am so grateful for such good friends.

WOW Steph!!! I am so impressed! These pictures are incredible -- I looked at the gallery and am completely speechless! Personally, I like your's better than Preston's but don't tell him that! There is so much feeling and emotion in each one! Here are my favs: 1, 4, 7, 9, 10, and 13. What I love the most is I could see your love for the sport in these pictures. So much feeling and emotion in them! BRAVO!!!!!
Those are wonderful pictures. It truely is amazing what a little bit of help can for for someone. Again, I love looking at your picutres. They really are great pictures.
