There's a first for everything!

This is their first ever family picture, and I had the honor of taking them.  If only you could have seen the final product, a 20x30 print on metallic paper!  I'm sorry to brag, but it really did look amazing! :)

February: the month of LOVE!

And just to let you know... I am out of here!  I am headed out for our yearly family vacation to California.  I won't be back until Monday March 8th, so if I don't reply to your email, that would be why.  I will be completely cut off from the internet (it's so relaxing you should try it), but if you need something don't hesitate to call and leave me a message.  I will return your call.

My girls: Indoor Photo shoot

I got my girls Persnickety outfits for Christmas.  I had to take a few pictures before they actually wore them, right?  I'm so glad I did.  I *LOVE* them!  I normally go for the big, gigantic smiles, but this time the subtle smile, made me go crazy.  Of course, I got some of them smiling from ear to ear and I love them too. 

I know it's not even Valentines Day, but before you know it... it will be Easter.  I know so many of you have said, "once the weather warms up..."  It's just about that time, so please, if you're interested in pictures let me know as soon as possible.  My Spring and Summertime days fill up quickly with sessions and all the activities that go along with warmer weather!

I will continue to do Mini Sessions (available only on Tuesdays or Thursdays during the school year).

Valentines Day is just around the corner.

 

These are the two poses.  And as you saw above you can either stick a sucker in the fist, or a candy heart in their hands to make it the most adorable Valentines Day card ever!

And here are a couple of examples of pictures I'm able to get when I'm the second shooter at a wedding.  My dear friend Suzanne (Lookie Loo) and I work so well together at weddings.  We are able to capture the WHOLE thing, front to back, inside and out.  While she is getting a posed shot, I'm able to find another angle and be creative and vice-versa.

Last night I went to work on editing some of these.  I LOVED this one and had to put it up today.  I'll get to more of the family ones later.  But for now, isn't she HOT?  Thank you for giving into my demand to do family pictures NOW and not wait another day, week or month!  You are so gorgeous and I love you Suzanne.  Seriously, what would I have done without you this past year.  You're the bestest!!!

The day after Thanksgiving...

wasn't about shopping.  I did a little online at 12:01am, but then went to bed and we slept in.  Later that day I met this darling family.  It was a beautiful day and what a gorgeous location!!!  I wish this was MY backyard!
